A transparent explanation of the data KreatiTime uses for attendance and employee self-service.

About the service

KreatiTime is an attendance and employee self-service application in the KREATIVLO platform. It is used through an account provided by the user's organization or company.

Data we process

Work identityName, email, employee ID, job title, and department for identity and account access.
Precise locationOnly during clock-in or clock-out to verify the position against the office geofence.
Selfies and photosFor attendance evidence, profile photos, or claim attachments selected by the user.
Face templateWhen enabled by the organization, a descriptor is used for one-to-one attendance matching.
HR dataAttendance, schedules, leave, overtime, claims, KPIs, and payslips for employment functions.
Device and sessionTechnical information needed for session security and abuse prevention.

Device permissions

  • Location is used in the foreground during clock-in or clock-out; there is no background location tracking.
  • The camera is used for verification selfies, and the gallery is used when a user selects an attachment.
  • Biometrics or passcodes are processed by the operating system. KreatiTime does not receive device PINs or biometric data.
  • The microphone is not used.

Sharing, tracking, and security

KreatiTime does not display ads, sell personal data, or track users across apps or websites for advertising. Contracted infrastructure providers may process data only to operate and secure the service.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Session tokens are kept in secure device storage. Retention follows the employment relationship, organization policy, security needs, and legal obligations.

Data rights and deletion

Users may request access, correction, or deletion through Privacy & Support in the app or the account deletion page. Identity is verified first. Data required for legal or employment reasons may not be deleted immediately and will be explained during processing.

KreatiTime is intended for employment relationships and not for users under 18. Privacy questions can be submitted through the Support page.
